No, I haven't been in any faction yet.
Why did you leave your previous factions?
I didn't leave any, because I was never in one.
Do you already have experience in a government faction?
No, but I learn fast.

I am loyal, I follow orders, I stay active, and I stay calm in hard situations.
What are your weaknesses?

Scenario Questions
You are conducting a traffic stop and notice that the person was already stopped by another Officer 20 minutes ago. There is no new suspicion. What do you do?
I would let them go. There is no new reason to stop them again.
A person has two Wanteds. Are you required to give them a ticket, or can you also arrest them? Briefly explain your answer.
I can give a ticket, but I can also arrest them. It depends on how they act.
A person with four Wanteds is fleeing in a vehicle. What options do you have?
I would call for backup, start a pursuit, and try to stop the car safely.
A person exits their vehicle after a pursuit and runs away unarmed. How do you proceed?
I would chase them on foot and use my taser if they keep running.
During a check, you encounter a person who has previously been caught multiple times with illegal items. Are you allowed to search them?
Yes, if I have a good reason to search them. Past behavior alone is not enough.
An Officer urgently requests backup while you are currently conducting a normal traffic stop. What do you do?
Backup is more important. I would end the traffic stop quickly and go help.
You notice another Officer violating an LSPD rule. How do you handle the situation?
I would not say it in public. I would report it to a higher officer with evidence.
---
Additional Information
Is there anything else we should know about you?
I am a quiet person and I focus on doing my job. My English is not perfect, but I always try my best to understand orders from higher officers. I am ready to start from the bottom and work hard. I just want a chance to prove myself.
