General Questions
Why do you want to join the LSPD?
To be completely honest, I never wanted to leave. I left the LSPD recently because I felt I needed to step back and spend time with my brothers, but it was a huge mistake. My heart has always belonged to the LSPD. Watching the recent recruitment post made me realize how much I miss the badge, the team, and serving the city. I am ready to return and prove my dedication all over again.
Why should we choose you?
You should choose me because I have already proven myself as a loyal, dedicated, and rule-following Officer. I know the LSPD rules, the procedures, and the RP standards. I am calm under pressure, I work well with the team, and I am deeply sorry for leaving. I am ready to earn my place back, even if it means starting from the bottom again.
What experience have you already gained on the server?
I have been an active LSPD Officer, where I learned how to handle traffic stops, pursuits, arrests, and high-stress situations. I also have experience in a government faction from a previous server (NG Clan). I understand the importance of teamwork and professional conduct.
Have you previously been a member of any other factions? If yes, which ones?
Yes, I was a member of the LSPD. I have also been part of a gang (GSF) to understand the criminal side of RP, but my true home is the LSPD.
Why did you leave your previous factions?
I left the LSPD because I thought I needed a break to focus on my family and friends in the game. However, I quickly realized that leaving the uniform was a mistake. I missed the duty, the colleagues, and the purpose. That's why I am here today, asking for a second chance.
Do you already have experience in a government faction?
Yes, in the LSPD and previously in NG Clan.
What are your strengths?
I am calm, patient, and highly disciplined. I have strong communication skills, I follow orders, and I stay focused during long RP situations. I also have experience in leading a small team, which helps me support my fellow officers.
What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I overthink situations because I want to do everything perfectly. But I am working on it and learning to make faster decisions in RP.
---
Activity
Approximately how many hours are you active per week?
Around 5 hours a day, almost every day.
At what times are you usually online?
Mostly in the evenings, between 18:00 and 24:00 (server time). On weekends I can also be online during the day.
Are you willing to assist during major operations or whenever support is required?
Yes, absolutely.
---
Knowledge of the Rules
Have you read the current LSPD rules completely?
Yes.
Are you familiar with the current penalty catalogue?
Yes.
Are you willing to follow instructions from higher-ranking Officers and the officer in charge?
Yes.
What would you do if you disagreed with a decision made by a higher-ranking Officer?
I would follow the order first, because discipline is important. After the situation is over, I would calmly ask the officer about the decision in private, or if needed, report it to a higher-ranking officer through the proper channels.

Scenario Questions
You are conducting a traffic stop and notice that the person was already stopped by another Officer 20 minutes ago. There is no new suspicion. What do you do?
I would let the person go, because there is no new reason to stop them. Stopping someone repeatedly without a reason is not fair RP.
A person has two Wanteds. Are you required to give them a ticket, or can you also arrest them? Briefly explain your answer.
With two Wanteds, I can give them a ticket, but I also have the option to arrest them. I would decide based on the situation and the person's behaviour.
A person with four Wanteds is fleeing in a vehicle. What options do I have?
I would call for backup, start a pursuit, and try to stop the vehicle using proper police tactics. I would not ram the car recklessly, and I would follow the pursuit rules of the server.
A person exits their vehicle after a pursuit and runs away unarmed. How do you proceed?
I would chase them on foot, order them to stop with clear commands, and if they keep running, I would use non-lethal methods (like a taser) to stop them.
During a check, you encounter a person who has previously been caught multiple times with illegal items. Are you allowed to search them?
Yes, if there is a valid reason or suspicion, I am allowed to search them. Past behaviour alone is not enough, but if the situation gives me a legal reason, I can search them.
An Officer urgently requests backup while you are currently conducting a normal traffic stop. What do you do?
Backup requests have priority over a normal traffic stop. I would quickly inform the person in the stop and respond to the backup call as fast as possible.
You notice another Officer violating an LSPD rule. How do you handle the situation?
I would not confront them in public. I would report it to a higher-ranking officer or to the LSPD leadership with evidence, so they can handle it properly.
---
Additional Information
Is there anything else we should know about you?
I want to sincerely apologize to the entire LSPD leadership and my former colleagues for taking off the uniform. It was a decision made in a moment of personal conflict, but I deeply regret it. I have realized that the LSPD is where I belong. I am ready to come back, start from the bottom if necessary, and prove that I am worthy of the badge once again. Thank you for considering my application.
