Launch the client, go to "Add Server" and enter our IP:

The first time, just create an account (name + password), and you're in Los Santos! With the same account you can also get into the Control-Panel.
Sprich mit Spielern in deiner Nähe und funke mit deiner Fraktion/Gang. Dafür brauchst du einmalig den kostenlosen SampVoice-Client und ein Mikrofon. Ohne ihn spielst du ganz normal weiter, nur ohne Sprache.
Entpacke die Dateien in deinen GTA San Andreas-Ordner (wo gta_sa.exe liegt), starte das Spiel und wähle dein Mikrofon.
Taste B = im Nahbereich sprechen · Taste K = Funk. Kanal wählen: /vf (Fraktion/Gang) oder /vlaw (Behörden-Funk LSPD/FBI/Army). Beim Funken hältst du dir sichtbar die Hand ans Ohr.
